Mary Emily (Ross) Hughes, 75, of Nashville, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday November 5, 2014 in Texarkana, Texas. She was born in Hempstead County on November 1, 1939, the daughter of the late George and Lena (Friddle) Ross.

Mrs. Hughes was a member of the Sardis Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two nephews, James Michael Ross and Daniel Scott Hughes, and one great-niece Katlyn Grace Key.

She is survived by her husband of Nashville, AR; one daughter and husband Bill of Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, one brother-in-law of Pocatello, ID; four nieces, two nephews, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends mourn her passing.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday November 8, 2014 at Sardis Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.

Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M. before service time at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Sardis Cemetery. In care of Dildy Reed.
