OCEANA - Janet Faye Rose, 39, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002, from injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Born Jan. 26, 1962, in Welch, she was the daughter of Sybil Rose of Oceana and the late James Rose (Deceased). Ms. Rose worked at Pizza Hut in Oceana, then became manager of Pizza Hut in Welch. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Dale Rose (Deceased). Other survivors include a son, Corey Lee Rose at home; her companion, Rickey Posich; a sister, Shirley Rose of Florida; a brother, Jerry Rose and his wife, Carol Rose of Oceana; a friend, George Jeffery; a niece, Jordan Lee Rose of Oceana; two nephews, Landon Berta of Hinton and Steven Berta and his wife, Rachel, of Newport News, VA; and a host of friends. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Adam Toler Memorial Chapel, Oceana, with the Rev. Earl Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley.
