ALBERT G. ROSE
Ogden-Funeral services for Albert G. Rose,73,of 2143 Adams Ave. who died Friday at his home after a long illness were conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at Lindquist & Sons Mortuary by Bishop Eddie W. Watkins, Fourth Ward. Burial was in Ogden City Cemetery.
Mr. Rose was born March 9, 1875 in North Ogden, a son of Andrew and Jane Chadwick Rose. The family moved to Park Valley during his boyhood and 20 years later he returned to Ogden. He was married to LaBelle Sippett [Sibbett] Jan. 2, 1900 in Pocatello Ida.
Mr. Rose engaged in the livestock business for some time. Later he was employed at Utah General Depot during the war. He retired three years ago.
Survivors include his widow; tow sons and a daughter, E.G. Rose, Bingham Canyon; Dail L. Rose and Mrs. Glen Barnett, Ogden; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Darah Felier, Bountiful.
