Derrick Ray Rose, 25, of Carrollton, KY., died on Monday, September 20, 2010 at the St. Elizabeth Florence Hospital in Florence, KY.
He was born on August 16, 1985 in Madison, IN., the son of the late Tommy Rose and Kathy Winkle Richards of Cabot, AR. Derrick was a laborer.
He is survived by his mother and step-father; Kathy and Fraser Richards of Cabot, AR., his brother and sister-in-law; Chris and Tracy Rose of Turners Station, KY., his companion; Tabitha Eversoll along with three nephews and two nieces.
Derrick was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Thursday also at the funeral home. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts may be given to the Family Worship Center or the Carroll County Animal Rescue in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
