Deceased Name: Judy A. Sebens
Judy A. Sebens, 50, of Monticello, formerly of Bloomington, a former teacher and state Department of Public Aid employee, died at 12:01 a.m. yesterday (Aug. 7, 1991) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Her memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the First Presbyterian Church of Monticello, the Revs. Hugh Reynolds and James Richards officiating. Burial will be in Bement Cemetery, Bement.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello.
Mrs. Sebens was born July 26, 1941, in Bloomington, a daughter of Raymond and Zola Lewis Ropp. She married Roscoe Sebens Aug. 21, 1971, in Gibson City. He survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Kelly and Amy Sebens, both at home.
Her parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Sebens, who received a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University in 1963, was a former teacher. More recently, she had been employed as a case worker by the Illinois Department of Public Aid.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Monticello.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Kairos Nursery School Scholarship Fund.
