Funeral services were held on Friday afternoon. June 21 at 1 p.m. in the home and at 1:30 in the First Reformed Church of Hospers for Mrs. Marinus Schuller who passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 19 at the University Hospital in Iowa City. Rev. James Bos, pastor of the church officiated. Burial was in the West cemetery.
Mrs. Anna Schuller, nee Roos, was born July 15, 1898 at Hospers, Iowa. On Jan. 22, 1917 she was united In marriage to Marinus Schuller of Hospers. She died at the University Hospital In Iowa City following a brief illness being hospitalized Friday.
Survivors included the widower, her children, John, Hospers, Arnold of Florence, Neb,, Adeline (Mrs. Tony Evink) of Long Beach, Calif., and Eugene of Sibley and eight grandchildren, one sister, Mrs, Nettie Brink of Hospers.
One son, who died in infancy, her parents, three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Pallbearers for the funeral were Sam Brink, Harold Roos, Arie G. Roos, Albert Schuller of Sioux Center and John Schuller of Orange City, and Henry Schuller of Alton.
