Clella Corine Patterson

Clella Corine Patterson was born Jan. 29, 1917, in Rogersville, Mo., and passed away Sept. 19, 1999, in Primrose Place, Springfield, Mo.

Her parents were Ernest and Tima Roller. She married Connie Patterson on May 21, 1933, and they raised their family in the Petelo community and moved to Springfield in 1953.

Clella had been a member of Dale Street Baptist Church since 1954. She was a caring and loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by three sons, Bill Patterson and wife, Bula, Bob Patterson and wife, Judy, and Ward Patterson and wife, Bonita; two daughters, Margie Hazelwood and husband, Kenneth, Pine Bluff, Ark., and Fern Watson, Stigler, Okla.; 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and her husband.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1999, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery, south of Rogersville.

Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home.
