Elizabeth S. Rohwer, 49, formerly of Kingston, Idaho, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, Sept. 17, 2011, at the home of her parents in East Lake, Michigan.
She was born Oct. 24, 1961 in Peru, Ill, the daughter of Howard and Susan (McAdam) Day. Her father preceded her in death in 1979. She was a graduate of Wallace High School--Class of 1979.
She was employed as a produce clerk at the Wal-Mart store in Smelterville before moving in July of this year, to live with her parents in East Lake.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband Dale of Kingston, her son Nick (Kristina) Reed of Missoula, Mont.; her parents Susan and Alan Anderson of East Lake; brothers and sisters, Timothy (Cindy) Day of Stronach, Mich., David (Laurie) Day of Coeur d'Alene, Mark Day of Colorado, Dorian Ford of Vermont, Janet Brown and Tracy Aden, both of Arizona; and by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service is being held.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, 480 Water St., Manistee, Mich.
