IPAVA -- Gladys L. Brewer, 88, of Ipava died at 5:40 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 1994, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.
Born June 12, 1906, in Monroe City, Mo., to Jacob and Lula Wooten Rohr, she married Floyd D. Brewer on May 8, 1948, in Ipava. He died Dec. 15, 1971. One brother and one sister also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one niece, Rodine Slayback of Springfield, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was a member of Ipava American Legion Auxiliary.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava. The Rev. Kevin Kessler will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before services at the memorial home. Burial will be in Ipava Cemetery.
