Kathryn L. Spice, Jan. 19, 1925 - Dec. 25, 1991, Former Fulton County clerk Kathryn L. SPICE, 66, of 1413 Wabash Ave., died at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn Hospital. she had been seriously ill since October. She was born in Rochester to Estel and Elma DAGGY ROGERS. She lived all her life in Rochester. On May 8, 1944 in Rochester she married Clyde "Sid" SPICE, who survives. She was a legal secretary for Murray McCARTY and the late William DENISTON and [Selden] BROWN. She had served two terms as county clerk, from 1979-1986, and was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, the Ladies of the Moose and the First Christian Church. Surviving with her husband are two sisters, Mrs. Ted (Carol) FLOHR, Akron, and Joyce EGGE, Macy; three brothers, Richard ROGERS, Fort Wayne; Charles ROGERS, Indianapolis, and Eldon ROGERS, Black Oak. Preceding in death were a sister and two brothers. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Junior BOSE officiating. Burial will be in the Akron Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today and after 12:30 p.m. Friday. Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Cancer Fund.
