Rena was born the daughter of Fred B. and Jessie Blackledge Rogers. She graduated from Warrensburg High School. She married Lawrence Enos Albert on June 19, 1926. They had three children: Patricia Aileen Albert, Paul Eugene Albert and Earl Dean Albert.
Rena served six years on the State Womens Committee of the Farm Bureau. She belonged to the Home Extension and was a member of the Warrensburg Concordia Club. Her and Lawrence enjoyed square dancing and were members of the Warrensburg United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband; daughter, Patricia Albert of Warrensburg; sons, Paul E. Albert of Decatur; Earl Dean Albert of Davenport, IA.; sister, Mrs. Carl (Lulu) Spittler of Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
