Tuesday, March 12, 1974, ROBERTA RODGERS HUDGINS,
Mrs. Roberta Rodgers Hudgins, of Montgomery, Ala., wife of Lt. Col. Leon
Hudgins, died early Monday morning at the University Hospital in Birmingham,
Ala.
Mrs. Hudgins was a native of Griffin, daughter of the late John Samuel Rodgers
and Mrs. Daisy Pounds Rodgers. She was a graduate of Spalding High School. Mrs.
Hudgins had made her home in Montgomery for the past seven years.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by four sons,
Andrew Hudgins, Roger Hudgins, Michael Hudgins, and Timothy Hudgins, all of
Montgomery; a sister, Mrs. Joyce Starr; a brother John L. "Buddy" Rodgers, both
of Griffin.
Funeral plans will be announced by Pittman Rawls Funeral Home.
