Margaret Robinson Adams, 83, of Carter Lane, widow of Homer Adams, died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington.
Born in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Levi and Alona Brown Robinson. She was an employee of the Dish Barn for over 40 years, and was a member of the Clover Bottom Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Dona Wilson and Rose Ella Luttrell, both of Versailles; three sons, Jim Bob Adams, Versailles, Jack Adams, Anderson County, and Jerry Adams, Jessamine County; two sisters, Rosa Lee Carpenter and Ada Mae Disponette, both of Nicholasville; a brother, James Russell Robinson, Nicholasville; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Services were conducted Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home by the Rev. Jim Lyons. Interment was in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Casket bearers were Kevin Adams, Russell Luttrell, Brandon Adams, Tyler Adams, Bill Bryant, and Mike Carpenter.
