Robert Lee - What an honor, what a privilege it was to have Samantha Blair Robertson for a mother. As soft as angel wings, as beautiful as the prettiest butterfly, yet she was strong in faith and character. She left a legacy of highest quality that we shall forever be trying to attain, but know we never will.
Today earth lost an angel but Heaven gained one. Samantha Robertson was loved and admired by everyone who knew her. Some described her as a true "lady," others felt blessed just to have known her and others believed her to be what she really was - an angel. She won everybody's heart that she met with a sweet smile and a hug. Her love for her God and her family and her friends showed on her beautiful face and her soft blue green grey eyes told of the beauty that was within her. Our lives will never be the same without her.
Samantha Anna Mae Blair Robertson was born December 9, 1914 in Nolan County close to Blackwell to Samantha and Will Blair. She married J. B. Robertson on October 5, 1934 in Green Mountain in Coke County.
