Funeral services for Pauline Henry Brooks, 82, of Lubbock, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayne R. Williams, pastor emeritus of the Parkway Drive Baptist Church, officiating.

Entombment will be in the Resthaven Mausoleum under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.

She died Sunday, April 19, 1998, at Methodist Hospital.

Born Pauline L. Roberts on Sept. 24, 1915, in DeLeon, Texas, she married Frank S. Henry on Dec. 1, 1931, in Lubbock. He preceded her in death on March 1, 1958. She then married Dave C. Brooks on May 24, 1960, in Las Vegas, Nev. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brenda Wells, in 1989.

She was a dental assistant and receptionist for Cliff Fisher, D.D.S., for many years. She retired in 1981. She had lived in Lubbock since 1943, moving from Shallowater.

She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Dave; a daughter, Ruby Hamilton of Lubbock; two grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
