Elizabeth Strohacker was born in Muskingum County, September 20, 1870, a daughter of Valentine and Mary Brannon Strohacker. On September 25, 1890, she was united in marriage with David Roahrig, who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Mrs John Roof, Coshocton; two sons, George and Harlan, both of Coshocton; four sisters; Mrs Abner Roahrig, Coshocton, Mrs Clara Stockum, Coshocton, Mrs Wilmer Kreis, Coshocton, and Mrs Edwin Wilson, Zanesville; six brothers, John Strohacker, Elnora, Indiana, George Strohacker, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Allen Strohacker, Zanesville, Adam Strohacker, Coshocton Route 2, Dallas Strohacker, Conesville, Russell Strohacker, Coshocton, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Two sisters are deceased. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church near Adamsville, where services will be held Thursday at 1:30 in charge of Rev Robert Binkley. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
