Proverbs 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

CHRISTIANNA "CHRISTI" LYNN RINGLER, 16, of Ashland, died Friday, August 15, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Just weeks prior to her accident, Christi recommitted her life to the Lord at Youth Conference. She loved people, and she loved the Lord.

Born August 26, 1997 in Mount Vernon, she was the daughter of Mark and Rebecca (Workman) Ringler. An avid runner, Christi was a part of the cross country team for Crestview High School and most recently Ashland High School. She worked as a cashier at Goodwill and after graduation had aspirations of joining the US Air Force. Christi attended Grace Brethren Church Youth Group. She was very artistic and enjoyed singing, working hard at everything she did. An eternal optimist, Christi was such a bright spirit always brightening the days of those around her.

She is survived by her parents, Mark and Rebecca Ringler of Bailey Lakes; brothers, Jonathan and Seth Ringler of Bailey Lakes; maternal grandparents, Tim and Linda Workman of Ashland; paternal grandparents, Tom and Jane Ringler of Bailey Lakes; aunts and uncles, Susie (Tom) Owens of Mansfield, Bessann (Brad) Carr of Bailey Lakes, Tom (Judy) Ringler of Mansfield, Laura (Ken) Bise of Greenwich, and Ann (Phil) DePriest of Findlay; and a host of great-aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many, many friends.

She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Luke Ringler in 1999.
