Arthur's Canadian military service records obtained from Library Archives of Canada provides the proof and specifically notes, "Died Due To Service" related illness originating from duty. Original files contained within these records note his death was a direct result of service related influenza, phenomena and empyema. Which he contracted whilst in service to the country and suffered from post war, resulting in his death.
Arthur should be named within the Canadian First World War Book Of Remembrance as an Official War Dead of Canada. As well be registered by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission "CWGC" because he meets all criteria as such.
Important note: An appropriate and thus fitting recognition would be, acknowledgement of his sacrifice to service. As he should be forever named amongst the First World War Casualties upon the Yarmouth Cenotaph. Hence Arthur's name does not appear on the Yarmouth War Memorial.
