Lillian B. Farina, age 85, of Dickinson, Texas, passed away Sunday September 20, 2009 in Dallas, Texas of natural causes.
Lillian was born June 25, 1924 to her late parents C.C. Rigsby and Laura Rigsby.
She was known fondly as "Lil", "Agnes", "Mi-Mi", and"Me-maw" by her family and friends.
She enjoyed dancing with her late husband Lee Farina, playing bingo every chance she got, reading during the quite times, and having great adventures to places such as the Grand Ole Oprey in Nashville.
Lillian was a good wife, mother, sister, and friend who enjoyed being with her family most.
Lillian was a feisty, high-spirited woman who will be sadly missed.

She is survived by daughter Mrs. Jo Lee Cartwright of Orange, Texas; her son Lee Farina Jr. of Salt Lake City, Utah; her daughter Mrs. Ann Lyttle of Houston, Texas and their families including 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; as well as her sister Daisy Burks of Dallas, Texas; her sister Betsy Parma of Wallis, Texas; her sister-in-law Paulene Rigsby of Houston, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm. at James Crowder Funeral Home at 401 Texas Ave., LaMarque, Texas 77568, (409) 935-2401. Burial will be at 2:00 pm. in Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery at 7301 Memorial Street, Hitchcock, Texas 77563-1834, (409) 986-7409.
