Survivors include her husband, Billy Garner of Lonsdale; two sons and daughters-in-law, Billy Lee and Denise Garner of Hot Springs and Howard and Sara Garner of Peoria, Illinois; three brothers, R. A. Rigsby of Lonsdale, Eldon Rigsby of Georgia and Melvin Rigsby of Hot Springs; three sisters, Faye Coleman and Lois Smoke, both of Hot Springs, and Mary Olson of Benton; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
