Killed in Korea

Funeral services for Pfc. Fredeerick C. Riddagh, 206 Welcome Ave. Norwood, who was killed in Korea, will be held Saturday 11 a. m. at the Griffith Chapel Norwood. Burial will be Mt. Moriah Cemetery. The body arrived Wednesday from overseas.

A native of Norwood, Private Riddagh attended Glen-Nor High School and enlisted Nov. 16, 1949, 3 days after his 17th birthday. After basic training at Ft. Knox, Ky., he was sent to Camp Stoneman, Cal., before going to the Pacific. He had been in the army less than a year, overseas less than six months when he fell.

Survivors include his parents, Albert F. and Elizabeth; three brothers and six sisters. The brothers and sisters are Frank, Norwood, William, Upland, Abe, Glenolden, Mrs. Helen Waite, Chambersburg, PA.; Mrs. Dorothy Randall, Indiana; ; Mrs. Roberta Finnegan, Trenton, NJ.; Mrs. Jane Brown, Norwood; Mrs. Betty Yates, Prospect Park; and Anna May, a Glen-Nor High School Student.
