Mrs. Dora Cornelia Cave, 79, widow of C. Milton Cave, died at 3:00 a.m. Monday, January 13, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Marvin Shenk, of Luray. Mrs. Cave had been ill for a year. Born November 24, 1884, at Luray, she was the daughter of the late Liza Jane Richards. She was a member of the Church of the Brethern. She is survived by two sons; Luther and Lowell Cave of Luray; three daughters, Mrs. John D. Osborne, of Falls Church, Mrs. Marvin Shenk and Mrs. Linda E. Jenkins, of Luray. She is also survived by a half brother, Everett Campbell, of Hagerstown, Md., a half-sister, Mrs. Lizzie Hughes, of Luray, and two sisters, Mrs. Esta Jenkins of Luray, and Mrs. Bertha Stoneberger, of Hagerstown. Funeral services were conducted from the chapel of the Bradley Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 15, with the Rev. Ridenour officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery.
