A pretty home wedding which occurred at the home of the bride's mother, about three miles east of Colfax, was that of Miss Anna L. Munson, to Mr. John L Richards of Steptoe, January 9.
On account of the recent illness of the bride, the ceremony was a very quiet one, per formed by the Rev. William W. Reid of the United Presbyterian church.
The room was prettily decorated for the occasion, and after the ceremony, the company sat down to a sumptuous repast.
The happy couple left on the evening train for a bridal tour, visiting Portland and San Francisco and other places on the coast, and on their return will make their home at Steptoe.
Their many friends unite in wishing them all joy and happiness, and many years of wedded bliss.
