Willie Mae Rice Alexander, 66, of Decatur died 4:05 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 5, 1989) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Church of the Living God, P.G.T. No. 1. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in J.J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Alexander was born in Brownsville, Tenn., daughter of Charlie H. and Christine Green Rice Sr. She was a retired lunchroom supervisor for Decatur School District 61 and a member of St. John's Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Teri Lynn of Decatur; stepdaughter, Debra of Decatur of Decatur; brothers, Charlie H. Jr., Claude A. and Bobby G., all of Decatur; sisters, Martha J. of Milwaukee, Wis.; Mary K. of Brownsville; four grandchildren.
Two brothers preceded her in death.
