Mrs. Lucille Rhoden, life-long and highly esteemed resident of MacClenny, passed away Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. B. Johnson here.
The remains were taken in charge by W. Carl Davis and Son, and were sent to MacCleny, where funeral services were held at the Baptist Church, followed by interment in the MacClenny cemetery.
The deceaased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Johnson of Palatka, and Mrs. C. H. Wolfe of MacClenny; one sister, Mrs. Annie Rankin, and a brother, J. H. Wilkerson of Jacksonville. (Times-Herald Obituary dtd Friday, 17 Mar 1939.)
