Graveside services for Harvey Peyton Reynolds, 89, will be held at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, July 12, 2012 with military honors by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard at Forest Park West Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Gilley.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Rose-Neath Southside.

Harvey was born January 23, 1923 in Shreveport, LA to Harvey A. and Nellie J. Reynolds.

He passed away on July 9, 2012 in Shreveport.

Harvey proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Harvey was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey A. Reynolds and Nellie J. Reynolds; brothers, Roland James Reynolds, Brady Reynolds, and Orland Reynolds; and one infant sister.

Left to cherish his memory are children, Lia Borcherding and James Borcherding, Diana Delp, Michael T. Reynolds, grandchildren, Melissa and Garen Harr, Anthony and Jennifer Simon, Christopher Delp, David Delp, Michael Paul Reynolds and Michelle Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Dakota Webster, Skylar Sherrick, and five other great-grandchildren; and many beloved friends and neighbors.
