He graduated from West Lebanon High School.
He was married to Ethel Rainwater in 1943.
Mr. Reynolds moved to Boswell in 1938 and operated an automobile service station for a number of years before taking employment at Purdue University. He was a veteran of World War II, a member of the Boswell Free Methodist Church, and American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, his daughters, Kathleen and Irene, his sisters, Elizabeth Kiser and Eleanor Young and his brother, Lt. Col. Richard F. Reynolds.
