OBITUARY – DOROTHY REINHARDT

Dorothy Elizabeth Dachroth Reinhardt, 95, a lifelong resident of Nauvoo, IL. died Monday, June 12, 2000, at Whitson's Assisted Living in rural Nauvoo.

Born November 12, 1904, in Nauvoo, she was the daughter of John W. and Myrtle Ray Dachroth. On June 15, 1927, she married Edward E. Reinhardt in Nauvoo. He died May 11, 1990.

Mrs. Reinhardt enjoyed cooking and flowers and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Nauvoo and the Women of Christ Lutheran.

Survivors include two daughters, Rosanne Bertschi of Nauvoo and Sandra Bremhorst of Fort Madison; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, one cousin; two nephews; and two nieces.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lamporte Funeral Home in Nauvoo, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The funeral for Mrs. Reinhardt will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church in Nauvoo, with Pastor Tom Krieger officiating. Burial will be in Nauvoo City Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for Christ Lutheran Church.
