Marie was employed by the Department of Social Services Family Court for many years. Previously she worked in Whitney's, Myer's, Flah's, Mulfelder's and Mack Drug Store.
She attended daily Mass at Historic St. Mary's Church. Marie had a deep faith and was always the person you would ask to pray for you. Her smile and warmth were without equal. She treated everyone with the same love and respect.
Marie was predeceased by her husband, Elmer M. Collins and her great granddaughter, Cathryn Marie.
She was the loving mother of Mary Theresa Abriel Jr (Warren); beloved grandmother of Michele Vagianelis (John); "Nanny Up" to William and Jack Vagianelis; sister of Agnes Pero and the late Anna B. McGee and Loretta Rightmyer
