According to her obituary, she died after a long illness at her home, 123 High Street. Her funeral was held at the First Presbyterian Church.

She was on the Board of the Childrens' Home of Easton for 40 years and was a charter member of the George Taylor Chapter of the DAR. In 1918, she served as an emergency nurse during the influenza epidemic that struck servicemen training at Lafayette College.

She was survived by a son, Harold A. Fox, and a daughter, Mrs. Colin Hitchman.
