MUNCIE--Paul C. Reeder, 79, died Thursday in Muncie Health Care and Rehabilitation after a long illness.
Mr. Reeder was born in Bryant and lived in Muncie most of his life. He attended Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Children's Home in Knightstown. He retired from Laborers Union 12 in 1986 after 10 years. He also worked at Marhoefer Packing Co. for 15 years and Broderick Corp. for 10 years. He was a member of One Accord Tabernacle.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Mae Reeder; four sons, Paul S. Reeder (wife-Pam), Daniel Reeder (wife-Linda), Joseph Reeder and Ora Reeder (wife-Linda); a daughter, Barbara Reeder; a sister, Pauline Huddleston; a brother, Jonathon Reeder; eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Calling will be an hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
