Annaline Denton was the daughter of Benjamin Denton and Griselle "Grace" Fuller of Stillwater, Saratoga County, New York state. Annaline married Lettis Wing in Saratoga County on Dec 28, 1837. They had three children: Charles Edward (1842 - 1914), Amanda Grace (1844 - 1915), and Lydia M. (1846 - 1929). The Wing family moved to Ottawa, La Salle, Illinois sometime between 1846 and 1848. Lettis died in 1848. Annaline then married James Read in 1849. Annaline and James had several children, but all died as infants or toddlers except Clarence (1857 - 1939).
