Rauls, Mae Allene (nee Pope), of St. Louis. Beloved wife of the late Paul Wilson Rauls, went home to be with the Lord, December 15, 2009.
Born December 12, 1914, in Marquant, MO, she was the daughter of Edward Pope and Ollie (Shepperd) Pope, both deceased. She was a member of Carondelet Baptist Church since 1949. Also receded in death by her granddaughter, Charyle Chasten (Rauls); three sisters, Janie Young and husband, Guy; Ruby Hovis and husband, Clark, and Esther Owens and husband, Cicero; three brothers, William (Orie) Pope and wife, Corena, Charles (Loss) Pope and wife, Lillian, Home Pope, wife, Gladys, and sons-in-law, Larry Motsinger and Arthur (Gene) Betlejewski. She is survived by a son, Paul H. Rauls and wife, Cecelia, of Arnold, MO; three daughters, Joyce Magyar and husband, John of Conway, AR, Kathleen Betlejewski, of Addieville, IL, and Linda Motsinger, of St. Clair, MO; fourteen grandchildren, Debra Adcock and husband, Edwin, of Grand Prairie, TX, John Magyar, Jr. and wife, Melinda, and Dr. Paul Magyar and wife, Mary, of Nashville, TN, Kimberly Roberson and husband, Brian, and Sharon Champlin and husband, Dr. Terry, of Conway, AR, and Susan Stowe, and husband, Randy, of Nixa, MO, Bonnie Rauls, of Chesterfield, MO, Lori Rauls, of Parker , CO, Robert Contreras and wife Robin, of Allen, TX, Michael Rauls, wife, Elizabeth, of St. Louis, Sondra Rauls of Arnold, MO, Todd Betlejewski, and wife, Jalisa, of Kansas City, KS, Christine Betlejewski, of Kirkwood, Tammy Motsinger, of St. Clair, MO, and Craig Motsinger and wife, Rachel, of Imperial, MO, and 27 greatgrandchildren. Services: Funeral service at HOFFMEISTER S. County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. (63125) on Sat. Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation Friday, Dec. 18, 3-9 p.m.
