Daughter of Francis Newton and Mournin (Carter) Ramsey.
Mrs. Flossie Ramsey Anderson, 71, of Fayetteville, died Friday morning at Lincoln County Hospital after a short illness.
Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church here. The Rev. Lelon Looper officiated, assisted by I. C. Pullias. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Anderson was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County. She was the widow of Diemer Anderson, who died last year.
Her parents were Francis and Mournin Carter Ramsey. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. David Moyers, Mrs. Robert Solomon, Mrs. J. C. Wells, and Miss Margaret Anderson, all of Lincoln County; two sons, Lt. Col. J. L. Anderson, U. S. Air Force, Ft. Walton, Florida, and M. Sgt. William N. Anderson, U. S. Air Force, Lake Charles, Louisiana; three sisters, Mrs. W. G. Anderson, Louisville, Kentucky, Mrs. John Campbell of Fayetteville, and Mrs. L. E. Bolin of Birmingham, Alabama; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
