Last rites for SP 4 Andres Ramon, 23 year old native of Del Rio who died in Vietnam, will be held Saturday with Requiem Mass at 2 PM in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. burial will be made in Sacred Heart Cemetery under the directions of Don's funeral Chapels.
Ramon was serving with the US Army and was found dead in bed at Camp Sennell.
His Body arrived in Del Rio this morning and will be in state in Chapel A of Don's Funeral chapels from tonight until Saturday.
He was born Sept 27, 1949, in Del Rio.
Full military honors will be paid the veteran with a detachment from Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio as an honor guard.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ramona Ramon; his brothers, Ramiro, Rodrigo and Reginaldo Ramon; a sister, Alicia Ramon, all of Del Rio; his grandmother, Mrs. Juanita Luna Ramon of Roby, Tex.
