Billie graduated from Wilmer-Hutchins High School in 1948. She immediately started working for an insurance company in 1965 which she later purchased and worked there until her retirement.
Billie loved to travel and see the world.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Don Rainey.
She is survived by her two daughters: Lesley Peckham and husband Chris, and Donna Rainey; and brother, John Lewis.
Mass and Visitation will both be Saturday, August 28, 2010. Visitation in the Funeral Home 10AM-1:30PM with Mass in the Calvary Hill North Chapel at 2:00 PM.
