Uncle Art, and Aunt Bernice used to live next door to us in Mount Clemens Michigan. They never had any kids of their own . They did adopt a girl name of Deborah. And they always had alot of foster children they took care of from Saint Vincent DePaul Childrens Home in Detroit . There also were three other girls that were living there from Saint Vincents untill they graduated and got married. Their names were Josephine Bonor ,Gloria Morris and Ruth Borsiak.
In our family we had 7 kids so there was always alot of children on our street to play with growing up. Anyway Uncle was a good Father and husband and uncle , he always had a way about him to get us children to laugh he joked around alot . He loved to make flower gardens .
He was a Bridge Builder and a Building Builder , he worked in construction in Detroit. He was from Canada, spoke french canadian . He was my Godfather when I got baptized in the Cathelic Religion.
When my aunt passed away in 1965 he took care of the kids till they left home , then him and my cousin Debby moved to Florida where he died , she had him brought back to be layed to rest with my Aunt. Love you Uncle Art till we see you again in the hereafter.
I just noticed you passed away on my wedding anniversary uncle.
