CARROLLTON---A committal service for Mrs. Ethel Jackson, wife of Ebert Jackson of East St. Louis, will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Carrollton City Cemetery and arrangements for the service are being made by Simpson funeral directors. Funeral services will be at 11 .m. Thursday at the Kassly Funeral Home in East St. Louis, after which the body will be brought to Carrollton for interment.
