Bernard J. ``Ben'' Roy, a 40-year resident of Bristol, died Thursday at Bristol Hospital. He was 75.
A retiree of Marlin Rockwell in Plainville, Mr. Roy lived at 68 George St., Bristol. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was a member of American Legion Seicheprey Post No. 2, the Bristol Senior Citizens and St. Ann Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 8 a.m. at the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, with a 9 a.m. Mass at St. Ann Church. Burial with military honors will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours will be today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Ann Church Renovation Fund, 215 West St., Bristol, CT 06010.
