Obituary. Alice Dittmer.
Funeral for Alice Dittmer, a Milwaukie housewife, will be at noon Saturday in Stehn's Milwaukie Funeral Home. Mrs. Dittmer died Wednesday in a Milwaukie care center. She was 91.
Born in Carney, Okla., Mrs. Dittmer moved to Milwaukie 61 years ago. She and her late husband, George, worked as custodians at Milwaukie High School 1947-56. Mrs. Dittmer was active in the Neighbors of Woodcraft, Beaver Circle 862, Portland.
She is survived by a son, Victor Dittmer of Tuscon, Ariz., two sisters, Rachel Brown of Milwaukie and Betty VanHorn of Portland; two grandsons; four greatgrandchildren; and one great-greatgrandson.
Private entombment will be in the Riverview Abbey Mausoleum. The family suggests memorial contributions to Loaves and Fishes, 6125 S.E. 52nd Ave., Portland.
