Mrs. Jane Deborah Combs
CONTINENTAL - Services for Mrs. Jane Deborah Combs, 80, of Route 1, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Kieferville Evangelical United Bretheren Church. The Rev, B. C. Krugh will be in charge, and burial will be in Monroe Cemetery. Mrs. Combs died at 7:30 a.m. Thursday in the Defiance Hospital after an illness of two and a half years. She was born Dec. 15, 1873 in Putnam County, and was a lifelong resident of the county. She was a member of the Kieferville church. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Zella Drew, Fort Wayne, Ind.; Mrs. Ora Bolman, Leipsic; three sons, Othel, Tekonsha, Mich.; Russell, Ray, Mich.; Everett, Route 1, Continental; three sisters, Mrs. Geneva Budd, Mrs. Maud Wasson and Mrs. Artie Prowant, all of Fort Wayne; a brother, James, Defiance; 18 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. She was the widow of Milford Combs, who died Feb. 20, 1952. The body will remain in the Walls-Walker Funeral Home where friends may call after 7 p.m. Friday.
