Bertha Sara Pruitt Clark, 91, of 802 East Main Street, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010 at her home.
The daughter of the late Vance and Dollie Mae Gibson Pruitt, she was the widow of the late Charlie E. Clark. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and served as a Sunday School Teacher for over 30 years. Ms. Clark retired from Happy Day Play School in Duncan and The Greer Citizen.
Survivors include her two sons, Dan Clark of Duncan and Ken Clark of Lyman; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at The Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Hammett, Rev. Choice Watson, and Rev. Jeff Connor officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Wood Memorial Park.
