Dorothy L. Adams, Thomasville, died Dec. 22 at her residence. She was born July 13, 1925 in Boston,GA., the daughter of Will Price and Gussie Cheek Price, both of whom preceded her in death. She was married to William Lee Adams on Jan. 23, 1945 who preceded her in death on Dec. 10, 2000. Mrs. Adams was retired as a lunchroom worker at East Side School after 24 years and was a member of Dawson Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughters, Sandra and Faye; son, Tony; grandchildren, Brandi, Ariel; great-grandchildren, Sabrinna and Cody.
Mrs. Adam was preceded in death by brother and sisters, Ruth Louise Bass, Lela Mae Scales, George W. Price, Lonnie Franklin Price and Geneva Price.
