BULLARD, Vivian Donna Price, 77, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Dec. 11, 2012. Born in 1935, in Alvarado, Virginia to Oakland and Katherine Price. She is survived by her husband, Charles; son, Rocky Northrup (with children Nick, Shad, Erik and Michael); two daughters with first husband, Edward VanLoan, Terry VanLoan (with daughters Lisa and Julie) and Stacy VanLoan (with children Cory, Lindsey and Luke); and stepdaughter, Pauline; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; four stepchildren, Bill, Kenny, Ricky and Pam. In addition, Vivian is survived by her brothers, Worley, Frank and Phillip; and her sisters, Viola, Linda and Barbara. She was the sister to the late Samuel, Clifford, Virginia, and Lois (Sis); and stepmother to the late Ralph and Josephine VanLoan. She was raised in Upstate New York but made her life in Tampa. She worked at the Tampa and St. Petersburg Dog Track for many years and that is where she met her husband, Charles, whom she was married for the last 38 years. She had a great love for life and was loved by all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will take place from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, Dec. 22 with funeral services starting at 1 pm at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, 33610, 813-626-3161. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemtery.
