Mrs. Virginia Price Kirtland-of Royal Arms Apts. Sunday evening, April 28, 1974 at a local infirmary. Survived by husband, Fred Knowles Kirtland, Nashville; daughter, Mrs. Harriet Burdell, Nashville; sister, Mrs. Charles Weller of Chattanooga, brothers, George Hight, Huntsville, Ala., Henry Hight, Bethesda, Md. Remains are in the Iris Room of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Thompson Lane. Graveside services and interment 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 1974 in Woodlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Frank G. Rice officiating. Honorary pallbearers: Dr. Howard Freeman, Carr Payne, Currey White, Jack Zeitler, William Price, Jr., John Hurt, Herbert Reed, Henry A. Kirtland, Jr., Pete, Langfitt, Dewitt Thompson, Herbert Cheek, Robert Gibbs, arrangements by Woodlawn Funeral Home, 383-4754.
Note: Virginia's daughter, Patricia Harriet Burdell was by first husband, J.C. Holman. Her Hight brothers and sister are by her mother's second husband, George Hight.
