William Harold Price, 82, of South Madison died April 15, 2008.
He was born October 30, 1925 to Carlos and Zella Price of Quinland, WV. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Gloria Jean Thompson of Quinland.

He was a member of the Church of Christ at Uneeda, WV for 59 years. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was known to all who knew him as a kind, loving, generous man. He loved to sing in quartets and with his family. He was a member of the UMWA and retired from EACC Harris # 1. He was a WWII Navy veteran.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Deltha Mae Price of Madison; daughters, Anita (Janie) Neal of Madison, Joyce Price and husband Roger of Uneeda; brothers, Charles of Haddleton, Robert of Perrysville, Ohio, and Jimmy of Quinland; sisters, Emma Burns, Anna Green, and Shirley Tennyson all of Quinland; grandchildren, Robert (Bobby) Neal of Charleston, Christy Miller (Eddie) of Morrisvale, Michael Cincinati serving in the US Navy and stationed at Gulfport Miss., Jennifer Zornes (Greg) of Madison, Chris Price of Danville and Amie Kinder of Surprise, Arizona; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 18 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with minister Roger Dingess officiating. Burial will follow in Family Gardens, Madison.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home
