Born in July 1925, a native of Mount Vernon, NY, Dolly Elfleda Preston was the eldest of two girls. Here they resided for over 40 years and were very active at the Corinthian Yacht Club where Guy was an avid sports fisherman and Commodore 1991-92. A busy 'executive's wife' and mother of five boys and two girls, Dolly was also active in local theatre, as a sailor and skier, and pursued her interest in local history volunteering at Marblehead's Lee Mansion. Dolly continued her interest in writing with the launching of "Research for Writers" providing 18th century detail. In addition to her writing and dramatic talents, her great smile and kind nature were also well known. After retirement, Guy and Dolly wintered in Jupiter, FL.
