Interment will be in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Cemetery in Broussard. The Rev. Bill Ruskoski, associate pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Broussard, will officiate at the services.
Mrs. Bell was a native of Church Point and a resident of Broussard since 1971. She loved her daughter and her nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Bell loved Zydeco music and was always helpful. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Broussard, where she was a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
Survivors include one daughter, Monica Bell and her fiancé, Jason Thibodeaux, of Broussard; two step grandchildren, Katelyn and Evan Thibodeaux; three sisters, Irene P. Latiolais of Carencro, Mary Lee Hebert and her husband, Richard, of Denham Springs and Lynda P. Neck of Lafayette; and grand dog, Maggie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bell; her parents, Vilior Prejean and the former Amy Leger; and two sisters, Elaine Clause and Anna Lois Babineaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Broussard from 12:00 p.m. Saturday until service time on Saturday.
