Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal.
Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Holman was born March 3, 1915, in Ashburn, Missouri to Albert Lee and Laura Leslie Long Powell.
She was married to Enoch William Holman on October 1,1944 in Chicago, Illinois. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include 4 children, Leslie Lee Rickey of Hannibal MO, Mary Mills (Leonard) of Benton City, MO, Laura Elzea (Joseph) of Hannibal, MO, Edith Blight (Brian) of Peoria, IL, 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 1 son Melvin Rickey, 15 brothers and sisters and 3 grandsons; Alvin Rickey, Joseph Wyatt Trigg and Scott Rickey.
Mrs. Holman was a homemaker. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed studying the bible and preaching the good news of the Kingdom to her neighbors for over 60 years. Mary enjoyed reading, crocheting and spending time with her family. She also liked playing pitch, scrabble, doing jig saw puzzles and crosswords.
Memorial contributions may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in care of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Laura Courtney DeClue, Delena Jo Trigg, Preston Dillman, Aaron DeClue, Harley Dillman, and Jeremi Dillman.
