Services for Renee' Powe Moore will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at West Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with the Rev. Sammie Bourrage officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Moore, 38, of Hopeville, N.C., died Friday, April 24, 2009, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, N.C. Survivors include her husband, Richard D. Moore, of Hopeville, N.C.; her father, Arthur Powe; her mother, Reatha Mae Powe, both of Meridian, Miss.; six brothers, James Jerome Powe and his wife Carolyn, Eric Lashon Powe and his wife Krystal, Jeffrey Powe and his wife Gwendolyn, Frederick Dewayne Powe and his wife Shelia, James Russell Powe and his wife Edie, and McArthur Powe and his wife Brooke, all of Meridian; six sisters, Marie Powe-Parker and her husband Donald, of Heidelberg, Rhonda Deloise Powe, of Atlanta, Ga., Wanda Eloise Powe-Greenwood and her husband Shawn, of Atlanta, Ga., Arletha Powe-Ndoume and her husband Beaudel, of Birmingham, Ala., Vickie Katherine Ransom and her husband Charles, of Detroit, Mich., and Debbie Carol Collins and her husband Gary, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be today, from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
